Teams

Within a Business Account, Teams are defined to represent how your organization is formally structured. Cross-functional or more informal Teams can also be defined.

Spaces

Spaces are where people come together to get work done; to focus on shared objectives, to collaborate on tasks and shared metrics.

Item Types

Within Scord, we provide the ability to track four different item types; Objectives, Tasks, Checklist and Metrics. Additionally, Key Results can be defined for Team Objectives.

Objectives

Objectives are used to define what you are seeking to achieve in both your business and personal life. Objectives can be categorized as Goals (long-term) and Objectives (Medium term).

Tasks

Tasks are used to capture those things that must be done to achieve objectives or simply to capture all the day-to-day things that a user must do. Tasks can be nested via sub-tasks and recurring.

Checklists

Checklists are designed to capture all the regular, routine activities that must be done within our business or personal lives.

Metrics

Metrics are used to capture data, either manually or via an API integration, which is used to monitor performance and indicate progress towards achieving objectives.

Key Results

In line with the OKRs methodology, Scord also includes Key Results for Team and Personal Objectives.

Dashboards

Dashboards are used throughout Scord to bring data to life, visualize insights and enable users to make sense of all the data they are presented with, in both their professional and personal lives.

Accountabilities

Establishing clear accountabilities is a key first step toward achieving objectives and getting tasks done. This is done by assigning an Accountable person and collaborators to each item.

Shared Spaces

Collaboration spaces within Scord enable secure collaboration across organizational teams and organizational boundaries. Bring the right people together to get work done and deliver results.

Cascaded Objectives

Within a Business Account, Objectives can be cascaded throughout an organization to create enterprise-wide focus and line-of-sight alignment.

Asynchronous messaging & notifications

Distractions surround us; destroying productivity and crushing the sprint. Within Scord, all messaging and notifications are asynchronous and designed to be distraction-free.

Multi-Frequency Metrics

Metrics are by default multi-frequency, which significantly reduces the metrics and complexity within a typical measurement framework. It also automates period-based metric reporting.

Scord Solution Templates provide users with expert-built, best practice frameworks for a range of scenarios. Templates are designed and built by experts within our Solution Partner Community.

Most Important Tasks (MITs)

To enable our users to do the work that matters most, Scord supports the definition of daily MITs and provides a ‘Streaks Dashboard’ to show how consistently MITs are completed.

Normalized Scoring and Aggregations

All items have a score between 0-100 which is continuously updated based on data. Scores are aggregated and roll-up through the objectives line-of-sight alignment hierarchy.

Central Administration

Both Business and Personal Accounts include a simple to use centralized administration area where user configuration, security access and permissions are all managed.
