Cascade

Within a Business Account, Objectives can be cascaded throughout an organization to create enterprise-wide focus and alignment. The cascade path starts at Corporate Goals (often referred to as BHAGs) which are cascaded to Corporate Objectives, which are cascade down to Team Objectives (and in the future, Individual Objectives).
