Within a Business Account, Objectives can be cascaded throughout an organization to create enterprise-wide focus and alignment. The cascade path starts at Corporate Goals (often referred to as BHAGs) which are cascaded to Corporate Objectives, which are cascade down to Team Objectives (and in the future, Individual Objectives).

Use the Objective item type to define what you want to achieve, professionally and personally. By default, Objectives can be categorized as Goals (long-term) and Objectives (Medium term - this year). Within a Business Account, Objectives are further categorized as Corporate, Team and Individual (coming soon) Objectives.
